By accessing or using the Zikani Dental Shop website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept bank transfer, Stripe, and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Perishable or sterile items cannot be returned once opened.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zikani Dental Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harare.
