This policy explains how DentCorp Shop ("DentCorp", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the DentCorp Shop mobile application or website.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, hashed password, account role, and profile details you provide.
• Order and delivery information: cart contents, purchases, delivery address, order history, transaction status, and related customer-service messages.
• User content: product reviews, community posts, questions, chat messages, reports, favourites, and images you choose to upload.
• Technical information: app version, device and operating-system information, IP address, security logs, diagnostics, and crash information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Local app data: authentication tokens, preferences, cart contents, favourites, and similar information stored on your device.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and secure accounts and authenticate users.
• Display products, maintain carts and favourites, process orders, arrange delivery, and provide order updates.
• Process payments through payment providers. DentCorp does not store complete payment-card details.
• Provide support, community features, fraud prevention, moderation, and service communications.
• Diagnose faults, improve performance, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information necessary with:

• Payment processors and financial-service providers that complete transactions.
• Delivery, logistics, hosting, security, and technical service providers.
• Suppliers when needed to fulfil an order.
• Regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other parties when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

Content posted in public community areas may be visible to other users. Do not post sensitive personal or medical information in public areas.

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, password hashing, and other reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Order and transaction records may be retained where required by law.

You may request account and personal-data deletion by emailing support@dentcorp.health. We may retain limited records where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may access or update profile information through the app, remove locally stored information by signing out or uninstalling the app, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

DentCorp Shop is intended for adults purchasing dental products and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries where DentCorp or its service providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when the latest version took effect.
